Egyptian Age
We finished Prehistoric Age in October, and now we are learning about the Egyptian Age!
Learning about the ancient Egypt is so fascinating. We will discuss how and why the pyramid was built, then learn about some cultural background information of the Egyptian Art.
The art project is not going to be easy. If you are teaching this unit, I'd recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to set up the materials. Try to keep it simple and make sure they will have enough time to finish their project.
As usual, all the materials are provided. Please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns/questions!

Abstract Expressionism Age
The art project for Abstract Expressionism Age is probably one of students' favorites. They have so much fun creating their own "action painting" inspired by Jackson Pollock.
Here are some example.
